Joining us for our September instalment of Hardwire\, we have Naarm local\, head of Doglandiya imprint\, DJ and producer of a string of universally acclaimed releases\, Mabel! On support we have Eora locals Clem and Mina Tonic. Known for a distinctive artistic voice spanning both visual and sonic mediums\, Mabel’s work is a direct extension of her instincts — intuitive\, expressive and firmly her own. Her sound sits in a fluid space between psytrance\, progressive house and minimal techno\, balancing stripped-back frameworks with playful vocal elements and bursts of psychedelia. Whether behind the decks or in the studio\, there’s a clear throughline: a style that remains recognisably Mabel\, even as it continues to evolve. Clem (formerly kn0w0ne) has been steadily earning her keep in the Gadigal scene\, providing a dancefloor experience which oscillates from pensive darkness to cheeky nostalgia. Mina Tonic's encyclopaedic taste can shape any room.
