Quick answers to the things people ask most. Can’t find what you need? Email [email protected] — we read every one.

The details on an event look wrong

We gather listings from public ticketing and promoter sites, so details can change or occasionally be wrong. Always confirm on the official ticket page before you buy. If something’s off — wrong date, venue, or image — there’s a “Something off with this listing?” link on every event page, or email [email protected] with the event link and we’ll fix or remove it within one business day.

How do Keys work?

Keys are a free reward you earn for being part of House Finder — joining, bringing mates on board, and (soon) going to events. When redemption opens with our first venue partners, you’ll be able to spend Keys on real perks like a drink or money off a ticket at events that show a “takes Keys” badge. Keys have no cash value and you can’t buy them — they’re a thank-you, not money.

I forgot my password

Head to the reset page, enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to set a new one (it works once and expires in an hour). Signed up with Google, Spotify, or Facebook? You don’t have a password — just use that button on the log in page.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link. You can also fine-tune exactly what we send — or pause everything — in your notification settings.

Is this event legit? How do I buy tickets?

House Finder is a discovery layer — we don’t sell tickets ourselves. Every event links back to the original seller (Ticketmaster, Moshtix, the promoter’s own page, and so on). Always buy on the official ticket page, and treat that page as the source of truth for price and availability.

I run events — how do I get listed?

Create a promoter account to manage your own listings. Keen to offer Keys perks at your venue or night? Email [email protected] and we’ll talk.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it within 20 working days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
